Free shipping option is available for U.S. orders over $70 and for Canada/International orders over $100. These orders will be shipped with fastest method available.

Most orders placed weekdays before 4 PM CST will be processed next day. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain packaging. The shipping label does not mention the word “lingerie”. So you can have your package shipped safely to your home or work address.

Please note: if your billing information doesn't match your credit or debit card bank records or your shipping address is different than billing address your order may be delayed or canceled. Please make sure all your billing and shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order.

Please note that FEDEX does not deliver on the weekends regular shipped packages, if you need your package to be delivered on Saturday it costs $25-30 more and you need to contact us to make sure FEDEX does Saturday delivery in your area before placing an order.

We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. After your order is shipped you will get an email with your tracking number and you can start tracking your package.

Standard shipping and free shipping orders are shipped without signature confirmation. This means that USPS may leave a package and it may be stolen. If you live in unsafe neighborhood; we suggest you choose Standard Shipping with Signature Confirmation.
